Have you ever thought about learning to curl, but didn't know where to start?

Why not participate in Huntsville Curling Club's Learn to Curl Program?
In a fun and encouraging environment, you will learn the basic skills of the game and meet new people!

See below for more details.

• This program is aimed at adults new to the sport of curling with a desire to learn the basic skills of the game.
• Learn to curl in a structured, relaxed environment. 
• 6 weeks of instruction by trained instructors. Choose a day that fits your schedule;  sessions are offered on either Sunday afternoons or Monday evenings. 
• An optional Bonspiel to close out the instructional session will also be offered (TBC)
• Equipment is available at the club for use – no initial investment is required!
• Limited to 24 participants per session
• The cost is only $80 per person or $150 per couple (includes HST)

Learn to Curl will prepare you to play with more experienced curlers in any of the leagues the club offers.

We have two 6-week sessions for you to choose from:

~ Mondays from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. starting on October 21.  SOLD OUT

~ Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  starting October 27.  To register, click HERE

Thinking of trying the sport of curling?
Curling is a unique sport that requires both skill and strategy. It is often referred to as chess on ice. It is a lifelong sport that can be learned at any age. Whether playing in a fun league or in a competitive ladder the emphasis is always on sportsmanship and fair play. Being a social sport by nature, it is not uncommon for teams to socialize off the ice where lasting friendships are often made.
