FACILITIES: Our lounge is licensed for 139 people. The rink surface is 110′ x 55′ and is licensed. We have approximately 90 wooden chairs and 16 tables. The kitchen has approximately 100 plates, 60 soup bowls, 100 side plates, 50 cups and saucers, 50 mugs, 80 dessert dishes, cutlery, pots and utensils.
The HCC bar can be opened at your request. HCC will supply Bar Tendering as required at an additional cost
HUNTSVILLE CURLING CLUB PACKAGE RENTAL RATES 2023/24
All ice rentals include:
- Staff to open and close curling club
- Ice preparation
- Use of grippers, brooms and helmets
- Use of change rooms
- Use of lounge including bar service
- Use of kitchen and supplies eg. plates, cutlery etc
- Renters are responsible for arranging their own catering
- Tables and chairs for 64 curlers
- Free Wifi
- Renters responsible for clean up and removal of all garbage
PRIVATE BONSPIELS
- Full Day (8-10 hours) $600 + HST + $60 cleaning fee + $18/hr per bartender + $200 deposit ($25 non refundable administration fee)
- Half Day (4-7 hours) $400 + HST + $60 cleaning fee + $18/hr per bartender + $200 deposit ($25 non refundable administration fee)
Included with rental: All items in ice rental above and the following;
- Four sheets of ice
FAMILY ICE RENTALS
- Available on select dates
- $80 + applicable taxes for first hour per sheet, $40 per hour thereafter

- Staff will offer assistance on ice and give basic lesson if required

NON-CURLING EVENTS
All rentals include:
- Staff to open and close the curling club

- Tables and chairs in ice shed; 5 long folding tables and 48 stacking chairs
- Tables and chairs in lounge; 8 round tables and 64 chairs in lounge,
- Renters responsible for arranging for rental of additional tables and chairs if required
- Renters responsible for own decorations, table linens etc if required
- Renters responsible for clean up and removal of all garbage
Curling Rink only (out of curling season)
- $400 +HST per day + $60 cleaning fee + $200 deposit ($25 non refundable administration fee)
- 10% Discount for 3 or more day rentals available
Lounge only
- $75 per hour + HST + $60 cleaning fee + $200 deposit ($25 non refundable administration fee)
-Bartenders if required at $18 per hour. HCC will provide beverages.
-If renter supplies own bartender a special occasion permit AND proof of suitable insurance will be required. All beverages to be supplied by renter
Lounge AND Curling Rink (out of curling season)
- $100 per hour + HST + $75 cleaning fee + $200 deposit ($25 non refundable administration fee)
-Bartenders if required at $18 per hour per bartender. HCC will provide beverages.
-If renter supplies own Smart Serve certified bartender a special occasion permit AND proof of suitable insurance will be required. All beverages to be supplied by renter
